  • Building Empathy and Connection: Enhancing relationships and social skills through cultivating reciprocity and engagement with the environment, Guidance from yogic ideologies and ancestral naturalists

  • Fostering Creativity: Using Expressive Arts Therapy and nature-based activities to boost imagination and personal empowerment, and incorporate practices into a wellness routine.

  • Encouraging Self-Advocacy: Applying solution-focused strategies for problem-solving, self-care, and trauma-sensitive approaches to navigate mental health needs.

We aim to support individuals in thriving within their natural and personal landscapes.

Why nature?

We live in a fast paced world, where screen time has replaced much needed green time, leaving us disconnected from experiences of imagination and exploration. Despite our natural need to find moments of rest and reflection, slowing down in today’s society feels like a luxury we can’t afford. But what if you could offer yourself small moments to connect with the seen and unseen world, and create everyday awe?

Through creating space for moving & breathing intentionally, exploring aspects of the natural world (which does include tending to an indoor plant), or to get on the level of moss and see the tiniest mushroom; we are creating pathways of connection. This does not mean we must have access to green spaces, but to looks towards the living world and its teachings as a guide and a constant symbiotic relationship.

Soul, Self & Reciprocity

When we create the time to “Nourish With Nature” we connect to our innate wisdom of the ecosystem around us and within us. A human’s ecosystem of the self is built through experiences, beliefs and relationships. Learning from ways of being - written or through story- from those who came centuries before us, allow us to develop greater connection to experiences, the land and ourselves.

Getting to know all the parts of the self (inner-ecosystem) alongside the living world (outer-ecosystem) allow us to identify our intrinsic strengths and imagination, develop attunement and connection, and cultivate strategies of regulation to navigate wherever or whatever is in your day to day.
