Nature-inspired Yoga workshop: Sitting with the Seasonal Shifts
In rhythm with the seasons’ offerings, we will move intentionally to connect to the beauty and wisdom of the moment. Explore patterns and narratives in nature such as the weather, the time of day, season of the year. Incorporating elements of Ayurveda, the "science of life", and following guidance from nature to support mental health and promote balance. Offerings linked to seasons and or in preparation for transitions. During each seasonal shift on the wheel of the year, we will turn inward and tap into ancient wisdom and earth based practices, to connect with what our natural system needs right now.
Individual Work: Navigating and tending to your inner landscape
Individual work allows for time together to identify inner resilience, Stress management and develop radical care routines for self-preservation. This work is individual and specific to everyone and is collaborative while drawing from therapeutic modalities, earth-based practices and philosophies. We will identify and attune to a focus of need in order to empower nervous system support, self-care practices and somatic attunement.
This can be for individuals from youth to adults. Please consider an option to meet alongside your support system and or family members.
Workshop: Holistic care for space holders
Community and connection with others is more meaningful than ever. Being amongst others, even without words, can also promote connection, foster belongingness and build empathy in community. Then there are those who lead groups, provide care and support daily to others in need. Intensive roles such as medical and school staff, anyone who is impacted by high stakes moments subconsciously hold space. Healers, body workers and clinicians may more consciously hold space. Allow a neutral third party to provide support and ease amongst like-minded professionals using elements of restorative justice, somatic therapeutic modalities and yogic experience. We will develop attunement and connection to their needs through meditation, reflection and rest.
